How to use your ticket system?

Tickets system is the main contact method between customers and servicers of gets.com.  And it’s the best choice for the following reasons:


 All the information can be sent successfully and timely, so both customers and servicers don’t worry about any information lost.

 Servicers will check and reply all the tickets from customers every working days, customers can get  reply at the earliest time in our ticket system.

If you are a registered customer, you will find the Tickets Manager under your account after login,

1, To click submit a support ticket in the top right, you will open the page where can write your questions in.

2, Unread tickets mean those new tickets from gets.com

3, Processing tickets mean those tickets you have replied or read, but the topic is in processing status, still not been solved;

4, Processed tickets mean those tickets are closed, the topic is finished already. But they will be a good recorder.

5, All means all the tickets between you and gets.com servicers, including the former three kinds.


Please pay more attention to the Unread and processing tickets to get the most updated information from gets.com.
