Dopo il pagamento, come posso sapere circa lo stato del mio ordine?

You can check your order record as following step:

Log In — My account — My order

Then you can  Vedere lo stato dell'ordine nella parte superiore di ogni ordine.

During the processing of the order, if there is any question, we will send ticket to you as for your opinion, and you can also contact with our online customer service representative to get help or submit a ticket.

Once the order was shipped out, we will notice you the tracking number via email, so you can track the goods on line freely.
